Comprehensive teaching areas facilitate the training of distributors and overseas engineers on how to install, commission and maintain medical equipment are new features.
“Leeds City Council was very supportive of the planning process for the refurbishment of the building and the relocation involved selling our previous site in Middleton, as part of a redevelopment of the area. Leeds City Region is a key hub for medical and healthcare technologies with one of the largest hospitals in Europe located here. Key functions of the NHS and the Department of Health are based in the City, 80% of patient records are held here, there is a wealth of Universities and the second biggest cluster of healthcare companies in the UK.”
