Muse Developments Ltd, under parent company Morgan Sindall Group plc, has invested extensively in Leeds City Region, conceptualising dynamic solutions that release the full potential of city locations. Working in close collaboration with the local authorities, Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and other city stakeholders,Muse Developments has taken advantage of the supportive environment for innovators and developers making city spaces into places.
Muse’s schemes include Logic Leeds is a 110 acre development site with planning for 1.4m sqft of manufacturing and distribution buildings on the A63 adjacent to J45 of M1, part of the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone. The first speculative development on the site, Logic 80, a new 80,000 sqft unit was completed in 2015, and Muse is currently on site with a new state of the art distribution hub for John Lewis due for completion in spring 2016.

Muse completed work on No 1 Sovereign Square, Leeds, a new 61,000sqft net grade office building in 2015 and it is now home to KPMG's Leeds office and training centre for the North East region. No 1 Sovereign Square has been developed on the former Queen’s Hall site owned by Leeds City Council, which involved the establishment of a working relationship to bring the development forward and retain a significant employer in the city.
Muse has also invested heavily in Wakefield as part of the English Cities Fund which has developed office, retail and residential premises, as well as investing in Wakefield Council’s new office and the new Wakefield Westgate railway station.
