A 118 year old Leeds based law firm, Milners Solicitors, is preparing for the future as it moves from its current base on Great George Street to Whitehall Waterfront.

The move follows the law firm seeing good growth, especially over the past three years, and that has led to it requiring more space.

Simon Bass, managing partner at Milners, puts the firms growth down to its quality of service, competitive pricing and to being a smaller firm.told The Yorkshire Post: “I look to the future rather than backwards.

He commented, “I think the offices, that we’ve had, have served us well but I think what we’re moving to is bigger and brighter.

“We need more space, as we grow."

Milners currently has around 26 staff but the firm is targeting slow and steady growth once their office move is completed by the end of this June.

Milners will occupy the 14th and 15th floors of the Altitude building on Whitehall Waterfront.

Giles Ward, senior partner, said that the move signalled their confidence about the future.
