2 Bond Court is now at 100% occupancy following a third letting being agreed in the last three months many months securing.
Turleys has taken 2,450 sq ft of space on the third floor, which comes after deals were reached with Excello Law and Gardiner & Theobald complementing a line-up of existing occupiers including Liberty Mutual Insurance, RMI, Directorbank, Costa Coffee and La Bottega Milanese.
Wilton Developments delivered a multi-million pound refurbishment at 2 Bond Court which is located on the redeveloped Bond Court square, the only pedestrianised plaza in the city’s Central Business District.
The square is overlooked by the proposed £12m 4-star Dakota boutique hotel, founded by Malmaison creator Ken McCulloch.
