3 Sovereign Square, Leeds

3 Sovereign Square is a new statement development of 93,236 sq ft which opened in Spring 2017.  The building offers over 80,000 sq ft of Grade A work space as well as 10,000 sq ft of retail and leisure.

3 Sovereign Square is situated adjacent to Leeds station and in the heart of the city centre.  It is part of a trio of buildings with new green space for Leeds at its focal point. The redevelopment of this area is well underway with One Sovereign Square opposite complete and KPMG now in possession and undertaking their fit-out. Leeds City Council has completed work on the public realm. This new public space provides a link between the city centre and the South Bank proposals, which include a new city park and a terminus for the HS2 eastern route.

Delivered by joint developers Bruntwood and Kier Property, 3 Sovereign Square offers BREEAM Excellent office space on five floors of circa 16,500 sq ft. Flexible floor plates enable various options for office configurations and an abundance of natural light is provided throughout with all-round glazing. The ground floor of the building provides retail and leisure amenities while the office entrance opens onto the landscaped gardens of the square.
