Occupier opportunity in a new £20 million development
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) has launched a new regeneration project with a consortium of property developers, funders and public sector programme managers, to create a public service hub building on the council owned Jacobs Well site on Nelson Street, in the City Centre Growth Zone, one of the City Region's 'Big Six' investment opportunities.
Once built, this Public Sector Hub will aim bring together people who work across the public sector including civil servants, local authority workers, police oficers and NHS staff, with the 200,000 sq ft accommodating up to 3500 public sector jobs.
